We recommend applying once a day, preferably in the evening, so that the skin can regenerate optimally overnight. If necessary, you can use Filabé again in the morning. Please make sure to apply additional UV protection after care.
HOW DO I USE THE FACE CARE TOWEL?
Moisten the dry microfibril cloth with water to activate the active ingredients. Do not wring out the cloth afterwards. Massage the face evenly and gently with the fluffy side for 30 to 45 seconds. Use the whole surface of the cloth, there are active ingredients all over it!
DO I HAVE TO REMOVE MY MAKE-UP BEFORE USING FILABÉ?
No. Filabé microfibril wipes remove make-up quickly and thoroughly. In addition, the skin is supplied with highly concentrated, natural active ingredients while the make-up is being removed.
HOW DOES FILABÉ BALANCED SKIN WORK?
In dry form, liposomes are embedded in the microfibre cloth. These are tiny, cell-like globules of active ingredients that serve as a means of transport for the other active ingredients. When the skin is cleansed with the microfibre cloth, the skin is perfectly prepared for a completely new experience: It comes into direct contact with nothing but active ingredients and can absorb them unhindered.
SHOULD I APPLY A CREAM AFTER FILABÉ?
Your skin receives everything it needs with Filabé care and is supplied with up to 100 times more active ingredients than with a cream. It is therefore not necessary to apply a cream before and after use. Nevertheless, we know from our customers that they like to apply a cream after application out of habit. Experience shows that the longer you integrate Filabé into your regular skin care routine, the less cream you will need, as the longer the skin is moisturised from the inside.
If you still want to use a cream after the pore-deep and rich care with Filabé, there is nothing to stop you. Stick to a light cream with a high water content and natural ingredients. For morning care, we recommend cleansing the face with water only and using a light day cream or make-up with UV protection.

THE STORY BEHIND FILABÉ
The results of cosmetics and skincare products depend largely on the ingredients that make up a product and how the active ingredients are transported to the skin. Researchers refer to this as the "form of administration" or the "method of delivery", i.e. the way in which skincare substances get onto and into the skin. Creams, pills or even injections are conventional, well-known methods for transporting active substances. Researchers and developers, however, have long been looking for alternative means of transport, as conventional "delivery methods" have their pitfalls. A cream remains a cream, regardless of the choice of its active ingredients. It is applied to the skin, partially absorbed by it and promises a corresponding effect in the short and long term. However, due to their physical composition, creams contain considerably more excipients than active ingredients.
Researchers and developers from Switzerland have now solved this problem. The original idea began with a neighbour's boy of the later company founder suffering from acne and ended with the patenting of a new skin care concept and the founding of Filag Schweiz AG. Transporting highly concentrated natural active ingredients directly into the skin with a microfibril cloth - free of cream: this is how surprisingly simple and innovative the basic idea of Filabé is. The development of so-called microfibrils, microscopically fine and multifunctional fibres specifically for skin care, was one project. Combining natural active ingredients without additives with the microfibril fabric was the other. The microfibrils not only have a carrier function, but also a "skin preparation" function.
